Please note that this shipping policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Currently, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom. As our brand grows, we plan to expand shipping to additional countries and will update this policy accordingly.

All items are made to order using premium print-on-demand services. Once an order is placed, production typically takes between 1 to 6 business days before the item is shipped.

Shipping takes around 10 business days, with 95% of orders delivered within 15 business day, balancing speed and cost. These timeframes begin after production is complete and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal demand. 

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time for shipping to the United Kingdom is approximately 10-20 business days, including both production and transit. 

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number is provided via email. Customers can monitor their shipment’s progress in real time using the provided tracking link.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, incomplete or incorrect shipping information, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Customers are encouraged to verify their shipping details before placing an order to avoid delays.

We recognise that current delivery times may be slightly longer at the moment, and we appreciate your patience while we work to improve them. To keep shipping affordable for our customers, we've selected the fastest available method within a reduced price range. As we grow, we're actively working to streamline our production and logistics, with the goal of offering quicker and more flexible delivery options in the near future.
